A Listserv for EH&S Professionals
CSHEMA-L, the CSHEMA listserv is an un-moderated email discussion list for EH&S people from CSHEMA member institutions and friends. List traffic is typically 5-15 messages per day. The list has about 475 members.
CSHEMA-L is a place for people to ask questions, get answers and read discussions about current EH&S issues. List membership includes access to complete archives with excellent search capabilities.
To subscribe to the list, send an email message as follows:
There should be no signature lines or other information in the body of the message. If you have multiple email identities, use the identity from which you want to read and post messages.
The list manager controls list membership, so there will be a delay until he acts on your request to subscribe. You will receive a welcome message with instructions on how to use the list. The instructions include how to receive messages in a daily compilation instead of individually and how to access the archives. To post a message to the list, send mail to cshema-l@lists.umn.edu.

CSHEMA-L is the CSHEMA Knowledgebase
Archives of the list back to February 1999 are available on the web. To reach the archives, go to http://lists.umn.edu/cgi-bin/wa?A0=CSHEMA-L. You will be asked to establish and confirm a personal password for access. You must be a list member to access the archives.
Archives are kept monthly. View each month to see a list of subjects and read individual messages. Or use the very powerful search capabilities to find threads or postings of interest.
This web interface also is also a convenient way to make routine changes to your subscription, e.g. Mail/Nomail, Regular/Digest/Index.
