CSHEMA Thought Leadership

Thought leaders get noticed by offering something different—information, in-sights, and ideas. Thought leadership positions you and your company as an industry authority, resource, and trusted advisor by establishing your reputation as a major contributor to your industry. The exposure you and your organization will receive by focusing on thought leadership in the industry will earn CSHEMA members’ trust and strengthen relationships with current customers.

White Paper Distribution

Be a leader in the field. Your white papers and industry research will be promoted and distributed to CSHEMA members. Your white paper will be promoted through three email communications as well as on the CSHEMA website. Additionally, a landing page with an executive summary, company logo, and URL will be created and archived.

White paper distribution is a $2,500/$3,500 member/nonmember investment.

Technical Sessions

Corporate partners can submit technical sessions for the annual and regional conferences. The deadline to submit technical sessions will be listed on the conference page. Every presenter at the CSHEMA annual conference must be registered for the conference or the Exhibit Hall. Additionally, all presenters must meet at least one of the following qualifications:

  • All individual members in good standing, employees or students at an institutional member in good standing, and retired professionals are eligible to present educational sessions at the annual conference.
  • CSHEMA nonmembers representing not-for-profit organizations are eligible to present educational sessions. Nonmembers are encouraged to present with regular CSHEMA members whenever possible.
  • Every corporate presenter at the CSHEMA annual conference must be an associate member in good standing and have a booth in the Exhibit Hall. If the session does not include a co-presenter from a member institution, a conference sponsorship at a minimum level of a bronze level sponsorship is required.

Online Learning Programs

The online learning event effectively positions your company in a thought leadership role with the entire membership and generates highly qualified leads from decision-makers who have a proven interest in your product or service. CSHEMA members are challenged to keep their staff trained and knowledgeable in all areas of EHS. When considering potential topics for an online learning program, it is recommended to keep CSHEMA communities of practice in mind.

There are three levels of sponsorship (member/nonmember pricing):
  • Sponsor – $500/$875
  • Contributing Sponsor – $1,500/$2,625
  • Presenting Sponsor – $3,000/$5,250

The levels of sponsorship differ primarily in the level of participation and recognition. For more details, see the chart on this PDF
