Danny Dickerson is the director, Division of Inclusion and Diversity, for the National Institutes of Health. He is primarily responsible for overseeing the administration of the Affirmative Employment Programs and managing a robust diversity and inclusion portfolio. Additionally, Dickerson is the founder of the Triangle Training and Motivational Institute. Dickerson believes in a message of positive organizational change through motivation, combined with open and honest communication.

Dr. Sandra K. Knight is a senior research engineer in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at University of Maryland, where she works with her other colleagues in the development of water policy and flood risk management initiatives. She is also the founder and president of WaterWonks LLC in Washington, DC. Her company was formed to provide strategic consulting advice to clients in the public and private sectors on a multitude of topics including water resources, the environment, hazard mitigation and research and development.
