Our goal is to provide survey and research services to our members that help improve our organization. Listed below are the current initiatives of our committee.
2010 Benchmarking and Salary Survey
A new survey is now underway! Justify additional resources and salary with executive management! Benchmarking allows you to compare your institution to others with meaningful and accurate data. This information facilitates more informed decisions. Benchmarking also helps you establish goals and stretch targets for your organization. See a sample of the benchmarks .

2008 Benchmarking & Salary Survey
Ordering the 2008 Salary & Benchmark Surveys - It is our goal to survey our membership once every two years to collect benchmark and salary data of our membership. Our most recent salary and benchmarking surveys contains 2006-2007 data and were distributed to survey participants in June 2008. If you would like a copy of either or both of these reports, the data is now available to non-survey participants. Annual CSHEMA Conference Evaluation
During and after each annual CSHEMA conference, it is our goal to get feedback from attendees to improve future conferences.
