Message from the Committee Chair
Welcome to our web site. Our goal is to provide survey and research services to our members that help improve our organization. Listed below are the current initiatives of our committee.
New! 2008 Benchmarking & Salary Survey Justify additional resources and salary with executive management! Benchmarking allows you to compare your institution to others with meaningful and accurate data. This information facilitates more informed decisions. Benchmarking also helps you establish goals and stretch targets for your organization. See a sample of the benchmarks for the 2008 survey.

Small College/University: $70
Medical Center: $250
Foreign College/University: $150
Estimated time to complete: Large schools 4-8 hours, small schools 2-4 hours

2006 Salary and Benchmark Surveys
It is our goal to survey our membership once every two years to collect salary and benchmark data. Our most recent surveys contain 2004-2005 data and were made available in the spring of 2006. Please contact info@cshema.org with any questions.
