This registration page is only for the Annual Conference dates of July 26-28, 2021.  

  • If you are interested in attending any of the pre-conference Professional Development Seminars, registration can be done by clicking on the Professional Development Seminars tab. The conference and the PDS are separate transactions. 
  • Requests for refunds of conference or PDS registration must be made in writing on or before July 19, 2021, less a $50 processing fee. 
  • Requests for refunds of conference or PDS registration made after July 19, 2021 will not be honored unless they are requested as a result of serious illness, death in the family, or other unforeseeable emergency. 
  • Requests for refunds should be directed to Nancy Short at n.short@cshema.org and will be reviewed and processed after the conference, but not later than August 13, 2021.  Refund requests made after August 13, 2021 will not be considered. Payments by institutions will be refunded to the institutions and payments made by individuals will be refunded to the individual.
  • Due to the format of this year's Annual Conference, we will not be offering institutional /group registration rates.
